Merit-cum-Means Scholarship for Engineering Students

Cognizant Foundation has instituted a merit-cum-means scholarship for Engineering education. As part of this programme, Cognizant Foundation collaborated with FFE in 2016 to award scholarships to 250 meritorious students who are pursuing Engineering programs across India over four years starting from the academic year 2016-17 in partnership with FFE alumni. FFE alumni part-funded the expenses to meet the tuition fees and other expenses relating to the student’s education.

Sensing the importance of widening such scholarship programs to the aspiring students with the potential and thirst to excel in academics, Cognizant Foundation started a fully-funded scholarship to a new cohort of 100 students beginning from the academic year 2018-19 and another batch of 100 students in 2019-20.

The Foundation For Excellence India Trust (FFEIT), Bangalore was registered in 2003 as a Public Charitable Trust in India. Since its inception in 1994, FFEIT has helped over 16,000 scholars in India. More than 42,000 scholarships have been awarded, to students in 25 States of our country.
