Mr. Kasturi Balaji has had four decades of professional experience in the news publishing and printing industry. He has served as Managing Director of Kasturi & Sons Ltd., publishers of The Hindu, and also as Director of KSL Digital Ventures Ltd, a start-up company that runs the home-buying portal Roof and Floor.
As a consultant in print and production technology, Mr. Balaji has advised many of India’s leading publishing and printing companies.
He currently serves as a Member of the Central Committee, The Voluntary Health Services, Chennai; a Member of the Board of Directors, Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Center, Chennai and a Member of the Board of Directors of Cognizant Foundation, Chennai.
Mr. Balaji graduated in commerce from Loyola College, Chennai, and holds a Master’s in Management Studies from the University of Bombay. He is passionate about the game of Cricket and has represented Madras University, South Zone University, and Tamil Nadu State.
