P K Hari ("PK") currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Cognizant Technology Solutions India. PK has spent the last 15 years at Cognizant donning various roles across the entire spectrum of Finance and Controllership including a special charge of Automation & Transformation initiatives.
On the professional front, he has served in different capacities to get an all-round experience including as a Statutory Auditor, Management Consultant, Financial Controller, Company Secretary, Business Unit Head, Transformation Leader, GBS Leader and as a trusted Partner to Business Leaders before getting into the CFO role.
PK is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Being a national rank holder in his CA and ACS professional exams, he also completed the CISA (US) degree with distinction. Having gained rich work experience that spans almost three decades, PK has a rich repertoire of skills in Core Finance coupled with deep expertise in automation & transformation.
He serves as a Visiting Faculty with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Institute of Directors and also serves as a mentor & guide to a few NGOs.
